Cheap Paris hotel with free internet access

The hotel has been recently updated with new carpets and flat screen tvs.  I have stayed here three or four times in the past and the updates make a big improvement in the rooms.  Great location for getting the nearby metro on line number 9 which is practical for almost all of the sights.  One maintenance issue this time with a blown light bulb which I had to mention twice before replacement.  The main plusses in this hotel are the price, the free internet access and the helpful staff.
